About this Recipe
Mango and coconut are such a beautiful combo, and the fresh mint adds the absolute perfect flavor to the dessert. The beauty of this sorbet is also, of course, that it’s healthy. You don’t have to restrict yourself!
Ingredients
- 500g frozen mango cubes
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh mint & coconut flakes to garnish
